Pamela Corbitt

Pamela Corbitt is the office manager. Pamela performs a wide range of office administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking, scheduling of jobs, and customer satisfaction activities. She performs accounting duties and uses Xactimate, our estimating software. Pamela performs office duties such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports as well as coordinating social media activities. She holds IICRC Certification as an WRT (Water Restoration Technician) which is an important benefit in her customer service roles. Pam has a property management background. Pamela has two children, a girl age 8, and a boy age 5.

Fern Johnston

Fern Johnston is SERVPRO of Fernandina Beach/Jacksonville Northeast HR & Accounting Specialist. Fern has more than 20 years of administrative and accounting experience, working with both Fortune 500 companies such as IBM as well as smaller individually owned businesses. She will be handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, as well as payroll, screening potential employees, and other-related HR tasks. Fern moved from Atlanta to St. Marys, GA, about three years ago. When she is not combing the beach or farmers’ markets, Fern enjoys reading, cooking, and dabbling in home improvement projects.

Noah Rivera

Noah Rivera is a Production Manager. In addition to managing crews, Noah estimates new jobs, schedules daily assignments, and assists with requests from crew members, office staff and, of course, customers. Noah has nearly five years of experience working with another restoration company and another SERVPRO, and he has IICRC certifications as a Water Restoration Technician (WRT), in OSHA, Fire Restoration, Mold Remediation, and Applied Structural Drying. His favorite part of the job is interacting with new people every day and being able to help them restore their property after a disaster. Noah is married with a newborn and two dogs.

Michael Cleary

As a Production Manager, Michael Cleary is responsible for managing production crews and jobs. He supervises job scheduling, coordinates requirements for the job, completes job files, supervises production and monitors jobs from start to finish. Michael worked with a SERVPRO franchise in Long Island, NY, in a variety of capacities for five years before relocating to this area. He also worked as Service Manager for several car dealerships in Atlanta, GA. Michael has exceptional customer service and communication skills. He shows up at jobs 24/7, and his gregarious personality makes him a hit with customers and other employees alike. When not chasing down jobs, Mike enjoys exploring the area and cozying up to his kitty cat, Shadow.

Bob Stillwell

Bob Stillwell is a Project Manager for SERVPRO of Fernandina Beach/Jacksonville Northeast. With 20 years of experience, Bob worked as a superintendent supervisor for the construction division of a SERVPRO near Atlanta, GA. He also served in the Army. Bob is married and lives in St. Mary's, GA.

Alyssa Corbitt

Alyssa Corbitt is Production Technician with SERVPRO Fernandina Beach/Jacksonville Northeast. She responds to customer calls with her teammates and is the crew leader on pack outs/content management. She is certified as a Water Restoration Technician (WRT) & Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. Alyssa is an upbeat, hard worker who enjoys helping our clients in their time of need. On a personal note, her fondness for cats leads her to refer to herself as a “crazy cat lady.”

Makayla Johnson

Makayla Johnson is a Production Technician for SERVPRO of Fernandina Beach/Jacksonville Northeast and assists with water, fire and mold remediation/restoration projects. Makayla has completed Production Technician training and has a customer service background, previously working for car dealerships. She has a keen eye for detail and is very customer oriented. Makayla lives in Callahan and has a daughter.

Justen Gourley

Justen is a Production Technician for SERVPRO of Fernandina Beach/Jacksonville Northeast. He previously worked for another SERVPRO located up North. He too has completed Production Technician training. He enjoys helping customers restore their homes from water, fire and mold damage. Justen served in the Navy prior to his career at SERVPRO

Lori Reed

Lori Reed is Sales & Marketing Representative for SERVPRO of Fernandina Beach/Jacksonville Northeast. Her marketing experience comes from 20 years of working as an Insurance Agent. (Licensed Personal Lines, Health, Life & Annuities Insurance Agent). She employed various forms of marketing such as email, direct mail, networking and later used social media to reach potential clients, make a connection and then build lasting relationships. She studied Business Advertising/Marketing at Shelby State Community College. Lori has two grown daughters, two granddaughters, and a grand dog named Sparky.

Alexis Reed

Alexis Reed is Job File Coordinator. In this role, Alexis coordinates jobs and provides customer service. She also acts as receptionist, a task for which she is well suited due to her exceptional phone skills. Alexis enjoys concerts and road trips and has pet cats and chickens.

Deborah Lewis

Deborah Lewis joined SERVPRO Fernandina Beach/Jacksonville Northeast in the area of Business Development. Deb plays an active role in managing our online presence and looking for new ways to get the word out about our business. She has years of experience in the advertising and marketing arena. After spending time in this area during visits for many years, Deb and her husband relocated here from Atlanta a few years ago.
